The register does not name the broker, so the league is built from what agents submit and the Desk can match. Send the transaction numbers of deals you closed. Each one is checked against the Land Department's record; the register supplies the price, the place and the date, you supply the name. A number that does not match is refused; a deal that only a number supports is listed, not verified; the paper that names you is what earns the mark.
For offices
Confirm an agent.
An agent has claimed deals under your licence from an address that is not at your office's own website. The Desk lists a deal only when the office it was claimed under says the agent works there. Your answer is kept against the card, not published.
The morning sheet
Your district, by 08:00.
By 08:00 on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, the newest day the register holds for your district, each sale and new let priced against the tower's own record. One email on each of those mornings, free, for one district. Stop from any email.
What this league is, and is not
The league ranks deals that agents have claimed and The Dubai Desk has matched to a registration in the Dubai Land Department's record. The Land Department does not name the broker on a registration, so a listed deal means the registration exists and a licensed agent has claimed it; an evidenced deal means the agent has also supplied the registration receipt or the signed Form F naming them, which the Desk has checked against the register and keeps private. A claim is published in the claimant's name; the Desk does not confirm that any agent acted on a deal beyond the grade shown, and being listed is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a licence check beyond the public broker register on the day. Agents and agencies who believe a deal is wrongly claimed can dispute it at editor@thedubaidesk.com and the deal is suspended while it is looked at. The Dubai Desk is independent of the Dubai Land Department and of every agency on this page. Figures may move as registrations settle. Published by The Register Desk, licence 1652760.
Submissions are checked only against Dubai Land Department registered transaction records. Your licence is read from the public broker register. Nothing you submit is published unless it matches a registration; refused and disputed numbers are kept as a record and never shown.
