The Agents' Desk

For licensed agents · your newsletter

Your district, written for your clients, in your name.

Every month the Desk writes your district from the Land Department's register: what sold, what let, and which towers and communities moved. It carries your name, your photograph and your agency. You send it to your own list.

  • This is a real one. The newsletter beside this is Motor City, September 2026, as a holder receives it.
  • Every figure is registered. No asking prices, no portal averages.
  • You read yours whole before you pay. No card is asked for until then.

The league

Who is actually doing the deals

Ranked by registered value, with the count beside it. Movement is against the previous window. A deal counts once it is registered, and only then.

The board opens when 25 verified deals are on record. 0 so far.

District:

Counted from Dubai Land Department registrations in the window, by registration date. The register does not name the broker, so only deals the agent has submitted and the Desk has matched to a registration are counted, each shown as listed or evidenced. Figures may move as registrations settle. Full table: 50 agents and 25 agencies per district.

The mark

Dubai Desk Verified

It is earned, never bought. The criteria are read from the register and the public broker register twice a week, and the mark is withdrawn by the same check that grants it.

DD
VERIFIED
THE DUBAI DESK · 2026
  • 01A valid RERA broker licence today, and a valid licence for the agency, read from the public register.
  • 02Evidenced deals at or above the district's bar in the last twelve months: matched one by one to the Land Department's record, with the DLD receipt or signed Form F that names the agent.
  • 03No strike in the last twelve months. A number no registration carries, paper the register contradicts, or an office denying the agent is a strike.
  • 04Reviewed twice a week. Lose the licence or fall below the bar and the mark goes at the next reading, with the date it went.

The bar is published for every district on its league page. A paid tier never gives the mark.

What this league is, and is not

The league ranks deals that agents have claimed and The Dubai Desk has matched to a registration in the Dubai Land Department's record. The Land Department does not name the broker on a registration, so a listed deal means the registration exists and a licensed agent has claimed it; an evidenced deal means the agent has also supplied the registration receipt or the signed Form F naming them, which the Desk has checked against the register and keeps private. A claim is published in the claimant's name; the Desk does not confirm that any agent acted on a deal beyond the grade shown, and being listed is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a licence check beyond the public broker register on the day. Agents and agencies who believe a deal is wrongly claimed can dispute it at editor@thedubaidesk.com and the deal is suspended while it is looked at. The Dubai Desk is independent of the Dubai Land Department and of every agency on this page. Figures may move as registrations settle. Published by The Register Desk, licence 1652760.
