Badges you hold optional

Tick a badge and it appears in words beside your name. Upload the badge image the portal gave you and the image appears instead. The Desk does not carry Property Finder's or Bayut's artwork, because it is theirs and not ours. A badge on your newsletter is your own claim and is shown as yours.

Before your first newsletter is built we check your broker number against the Land Department's own record, and against your Property Finder or Bayut profile if the Land Department's lookup cannot be read. Paid by card at Stripe's own screen once your broker number checks out. Your first letter is ready within the hour and the editor confirms it by email. Your broker number is printed on every edition as your own statement.

5Your newsletter, then what happens

Under step one is your newsletter, built from the register with your own choices. Read all of it. Nothing has been paid and nothing has been asked for. The decision, and the only mention of a card, is at the foot of this page.

This page builds The Newsletter, which is the tier most agents take. The Window is the same community with the figures and no write-up, and The Desk holds a community for you and no more than two other brokers, none of them from your own agency. Both are ordered the same way and after the same check: write to editor@thedubaidesk.com with your name and broker number and we will send the link once the Land Department has confirmed it.

Every Wednesday after

A letter every Wednesday, after the register is read, as a document you can print, as an email you can forward, and as images sized for WhatsApp. One letter a week, under your name. You send it to your own contacts yourself. The Desk never sees your client list and never asks for it.
