Dubai, all communities is for an agent who works across the city. It is the same letter, built from the whole Dubai register, with the busiest communities in place of buildings.

Jumeirah Golf Estates is not on this list and will not be. It is the community the Desk's own licensed broker works, so it is not sold to other brokers. The refusal is written into the program that builds this page, not into a promise.

I confirm I am a RERA registered broker and the broker number above is mine. Renew my letter automatically every month until I cancel. The card is charged once a month. Stop it from your account at any time and nothing more is taken.

Before your first letter is built we check your broker number against the Land Department's own record, and against your Property Finder or Bayut profile if the Land Department's lookup cannot be read. If nothing confirms it, no letter is built, nothing is charged, and we write and tell you. Your broker number is printed on every edition as your own statement.

Your letter arrives every month as a document you can print, as an email you can forward, and as images sized for WhatsApp. You send it to your own contacts yourself. The Desk never sees your client list and never asks for it.

This page builds The Letter, which is the tier most agents take. The Window is the same community with the figures and no write-up, and The Desk holds a community for you and no more than two other brokers, none of them from your own agency. Both are ordered the same way and after the same check: write to editor@thedubaidesk.com with your name and broker number and we will send the link once the Land Department has confirmed it.
