Completed resales only: sale procedure, existing-property registration, duplicates removed on transaction identity; off-plan sale registrations and financing instruments are outside the basis. Publication thresholds are the Desk's standard, and they bind at every grain on this page including each bedroom count: median at eight or more sales in the window, the range at three to seven, the count below three. The register carries these with no name of their own, and the desk groups them by the property type the register wrote.
Attributed by register property type: villa registrations under the Emirates Living master record that carry no project tag. The Land Department names the fourteen Springs sub-communities and leaves the rest of Emirates Living unnamed, so what is left is The Meadows, The Lakes and Hattan together. Three further Land Department tables were checked on 5 September 2026 - the land registry, the buildings table and the units table - and none of them carries a project name for these plots either, and none has a sub-community field at all. They are published as one section because that is what the register supports; splitting them by plot size would be a guess, and their plots sit in one band around 594 square metres.
