This page is for owners and buyers anywhere in Dubai. It explains, in plain words, how to read what the Dubai Land Department's register of completed sales says about a home's price.

Type the name of a tower or a community. The Desk holds 1,765 towers and communities you can open across thirty Dubai districts, and 27,785 resales registered in the last twelve months. Every figure is a transfer registered with the Dubai Land Department. Registered prices, not asking prices.

The table shows the eight busiest districts. The other twenty-two are Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, Damac Hills 2, Dubai South, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, Town Square, Palm Jumeirah, Production City, Motor City, Damac Hills, Majan, Dubai Land Residence Complex, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Living, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah Village Triangle, The Greens, Tilal Al Ghaf, Victory Heights and Emirates Hills. A home is counted here when it has a page of its own that you can open. 1,765 of them do. The register names 241 more that have sold at least once and have no page here yet, because a page begins at the third registered resale. Another 19 are named by two districts and their page sits under the other one. Open a district above and its own index lists both. Every figure on this page comes from the register read to 9 October 2026.
