Real Dubai sale prices
What homes in Dubai actually sold for.
Every figure here is a sale the Dubai Land Department registered. No asking prices and no listings.
This page is for anyone wondering where these figures come from. It explains, in plain words, what the Dubai Land Department registers, what this site does with it, what is free and what costs money. No asking prices and no listings anywhere on it.
Every figure on this site is a completed sale registered with the Dubai Land Department. Free to read, and free to quote.
The Dubai Land Department keeps a public record of property that has changed hands and homes that have been let. It is not a listings site and it is not a set of asking prices: it is what was actually signed and registered. This site reads that record and publishes it, building by building, so that anyone can look up their own home for nothing.
Three steps, and there is nothing else to it
- The Land Department registers the deal. When a home is sold or let, the transfer or the tenancy contract is registered. That record carries the building, the size, the date and the money.
- We read the register and check it against itself. Every night. A figure is only published if it can be rebuilt from the copy of the register we keep, and if it cannot, we leave it out rather than guess at it.
- We publish what it says, and we say when we read it. Every page on this site carries the date the register was read for it. Different registers are read on their own clocks, so those dates are not always the same day.
What is on here, and what each part is read from
| What you can look up | Districts | Read to |
|---|---|---|
| Sales registered resales | 28 | 8 September 2026 |
| Rentals registered tenancies | 22 | 9 September 2026 |
| Off-plan registered off-plan sales | 25 | 4 September 2026 |
Each row is counted by the same thing that builds that page's own list, so the number here and the number on the page it opens are the same number.
What is free, and what costs money
Everything above is free to read and free to quote. Two things are sold, and both of them show you the whole thing before you pay for any of it.
- A tailored monthly newsletter for licensed agents, with your name and company on it, a PDF to your inbox each month, ready to send to clients. From AED 79 a month. Build the whole letter and read it first.
- A district's whole sales record as a PDF: one year from AED 199, a single earlier year from AED 99, every year the register holds from AED 499. Pick a district and see what you get.
Nothing on this site takes a card until you have seen the page count, the price and a real page out of the document you are buying.
What is never on here
No listings and no properties for sale. No asking prices. No names of owners or tenants. Nothing bought from a portal or a data reseller. If the register does not say it, this site does not print it.
