In the twelve months to 22 October 2026, the Dubai Land Department registered 1,036 resales across Arjan, over 53 towers and communities that changed hands in that year. Torino By Oro24 led with 112 registered resales at a middle price of AED 827,500; Siraj Tower registered 60 at a middle price of AED 871,500; and Oxford Gardens registered 49 at a middle price of AED 815,000.

Why the tower is the unit of comparison
Those prices are all in Arjan and they are far apart. The blocks were finished in different years to different specifications, and one district-wide figure would sit between them and describe none of them. The Desk prints the figure tower by tower, with the count of registered sales beside it, and the rate per square foot so that two flats of different sizes can be compared fairly.
How to read a young register
The Desk prints a middle price where a tower registered at least eight resales in the year, a range where it registered three to seven, and only a count below that. In a district this new the count matters as much as the price: a block handed over recently may have registered only a few resales, and a few sales are a fact about a few homes rather than a price for the tower.
