Many small blocks, not one development
This is a place made of a lot of separate blocks, and they were finished in different years to different specifications by different builders. That is why the Desk prints the figure tower by tower rather than one number for the address: an average across the whole complex would sit between towers that have very little to do with each other.
What is next door and is not counted here

How to read the numbers
The Desk prints a middle price where a tower registered at least eight resales in the year, a range where it registered three to seven, and only a count below that. A handful of sales is a fact about a handful of homes rather than a price for the tower.
