Jumeirah Lake Towers prices: the homes, read apart from the offices

Owners and buyers

This page is for owners and buyers in Jumeirah Lake Towers. It explains what the Dubai Land Department's register of completed sales says about prices here, in plain words, and every figure in it comes from that register.

See what homes like yours really sold for, home by home and district by district, from the Land Department's own record.

Jumeirah Lake Towers is a cluster of towers around four man-made lakes, and it is the most mixed register The Dubai Desk reads: a large share of everything registered here is office floor space rather than somebody's home. Those registrations are held out of every figure on this page. An average taken off the raw register counts offices as flats, and nobody buying or selling a flat is helped by that.

In the twelve months to 22 October 2026, the Dubai Land Department registered 872 home resales across Jumeirah Lake Towers, over 45 towers and communities that traded in the period. The busiest was Concorde Tower with 33 registered resales at a median of AED 1.1 million; then MBL Royal (33 resales, median AED 2 million) and Jumairah Bay Tower-X1-1 (31 resales, median AED 1.36 million).

The same report is on sale for every other district on this site. The eight busiest are Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, International City Phase 1, Dubai Sports City, Downtown Dubai and Arjan, and twenty-one more are on the reports desk. Each one is this year for AED 199 or one earlier year for AED 99, and every year since the register opened for AED 499 where that record is on the shelf. 16 towers and communities in those districts have a file of their own, AED 49 for the last twelve months or AED 149 for every sale since the first. What it is

A PDF of the Land Department's own register for one place. No asking prices, no listings, no opinion of ours.

What you get

Every registered sale in it, row by row and newest first: the date, the price, the size, the rate per square foot, and the rent record beside it.

How it is yours

Bought once, tax inclusive, no subscription. Emailed by a person, usually within the hour. Keep it, print it, show it to anyone.

Why it will not embarrass you

Every figure traces to a registered transfer, and each page count on this page is the real length of the file we fetched and counted. If it is wrong you get the corrected file: delivery, replacement and cancellation.

Why you would buy it again

The register moves every day. A document is rebuilt at the next reading after its register moves and says the date it was read to, so a later copy carries every sale registered since.

Licensed agent? The same registered sales each week, in a letter every Wednesday, under your name, with your company on it, AED 79 a month. You build it and read the whole newsletter before you pay. Build my newsletter, then decide

Tower by tower, because the clusters are not one market

The towers were completed over more than a decade to different standards, and the register shows the spread. The Desk prints the figure for each tower and does not blend them; the rate per square foot is what makes two towers comparable, because typical unit sizes differ between them more than the headline prices suggest.

What the count is telling you

A median is printed where a tower registered at least eight resales in the twelve months, a range where it registered three to seven, and a count below that. In a community with this many towers the count beside a median is the first thing to read: a tower clearing thirty sales a year is a market, and one clearing three is three sales.

Jumeirah Lake Towers holds 23,657 registered home resales in total, the first of them in 2007. The free desk page carries every tower with its twelve-month figures; the paid report carries the year-by-year record and every registered sale, row by row.

Questions people ask

How many properties sold in Jumeirah Lake Towers in the last year?

The Dubai Land Department registered 872 home resales across Jumeirah Lake Towers in the twelve months to 22 October 2026. Office and shop registrations are counted separately and are not in that figure.

What is the median apartment price in Jumeirah Lake Towers?

It depends on the tower: Concorde Tower registered a median of AED 1.1 million and Jumairah Bay Tower-X1-1 a median of AED 1.36 million in the twelve months to 22 October 2026.

Do these figures include offices?

No. Jumeirah Lake Towers registers a great deal of office and shop space, and the Desk routes every one of those registrations to a separate record, so no office price is ever counted as a home.
