Production City is the residential half of the media and printing zone west of Motor City, and the Land Department still registers it under its older name, International Media Production Zone. It is a small group of apartment towers with a few shops under them. The first resale registered here is dated 2009, and there are 7,141 registered resales in total.
In the twelve months to 22 October 2026, the Dubai Land Department registered 710 resales across Production City, spread over 16 towers and communities that changed hands in that year. The busiest was Lakeside with 173 registered resales at a middle price of AED 405,000; then Qasr Sabah I , Ii ,Iii (95 resales, middle price AED 452,289) and The Crescent (85 resales, middle price AED 440,000).

The name the register uses, and the name people use
Anyone living here calls it Production City or IMPZ. The Land Department writes International Media Production Zone, and that is the name every figure on this page is matched on, so nothing has to be guessed about which sales belong here.
Shops are not flats and are counted apart
The register holds retail units here as well as homes. Those registrations are counted and kept, and they are kept out of the prices a buyer of a flat would compare against, because a shop and a two-bedroom apartment are two different things being sold. The desk page says how many were set aside.
What is next door and is not counted here
The same Land Department area also holds Jumeirah Golf Estates, which is a separate community with its own register and its own record. Its sales are counted separately and never added to a figure on this page.
