How these figures are made
Every figure is a tenancy contract registered with the Dubai Land Department, read to 23 October 2026. The rent is the annual rent written on the contract. Only homes are counted; offices and shops are left out. The number of bedrooms is the one the register states for the contract, and a contract that states none is not counted here. The middle is the median: half the tenancies were for more, half for less. It is shown only where enough tenancies were registered to give one. The twelve months run from 23 October 2025 to 23 October 2026.
