On 31 August 2026, Jumeirah Golf Estates Station was announced to open on 30 September 2026. The Dubai passenger station is beside Jumeirah Golf Estates in southern Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311).

A dedicated bridge is being built to connect the station with Jumeirah Golf Estates metro station.

Passenger service between Abu Dhabi and Fujairah began on 30 June 2026, stated at 1 hour 45 minutes, with fares stated at AED 55 in Comfort Class and AED 120 in Premium Class.

The middle figure is printed and the range is not. The rent register holds a small number of yearly rents that cannot be rents, and until they are dealt with a range would take its top end from one of them.
