Dubai 2040: what the plan's districts rented for

The Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan names five urban centres. The plan's centres cover four districts published here, and they registered 41,334 tenancies in the twelve months to 7 September 2026. Source: Dubai Land Department registered transactions, the register read to 7 September 2026.
What has been announced
Five urban centres are named. Deira and Bur Dubai for tradition and heritage. Downtown and Business Bay as the business and financial heart of the city. Dubai Marina and JBR as the hospitality and leisure centre. The Expo 2020 Centre. Dubai Silicon Oasis Centre for science, technology and knowledge.

The plan names these places in its five urban centres. This estate publishes the Land Department's register for the ones marked below.
The source also names Deira, Bur Dubai, Expo City Dubai and Dubai Silicon Oasis. This site does not publish the register for them yet, so no figure for them appears on this page.

The middle figure is printed and the range is not. The rent register holds a small number of yearly rents that cannot be rents, and until they are dealt with a range would take its top end from one of them.
This section states what has been publicly announced, with the source and the date it was read, and puts the Dubai Land Department's register beside it. It does not forecast, it does not predict a price, and it does not claim that any announcement moved any figure. What to make of the two is the reader's own judgement.
