What these districts actually sold for
The plan names these places in its five urban centres. This estate publishes the Land Department's register for the ones marked below.
The source also names Deira, Bur Dubai, Expo City Dubai and Dubai Silicon Oasis. This site does not publish the register for them yet, so no figure for them appears on this page.
| District | Resales registered in the twelve months | Registered resales all time | Register read to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Downtown Dubai | 1,058 | 12,196 | 4 September 2026 |
| Business Bay | 2,001 | 18,385 | 4 September 2026 |
| Dubai Marina | 1,943 | 44,412 | 4 September 2026 |
| Jumeirah Beach Residence (named JBR in the source) | 449 | 12,197 | 4 September 2026 |
Every figure above is read from that district's own registry index, built from the Dubai Land Department's register of completed sales. Each row states the date its own register was read to, because they are not all read on the same day. Open a district to see it building by building.
This section states what has been publicly announced, with the source and the date it was read, and puts the Dubai Land Department's register beside it. It does not forecast, it does not predict a price, and it does not claim that any announcement moved any figure. What to make of the two is the reader's own judgement.
