The week on the register: seven days to 3 September 2026
This page is for owners and buyers anywhere in Dubai. It is the week's completed sales, as the Dubai Land Department registered them. Free to read, published every week.
See what homes like yours really sold for, in your building and your community, from the Land Department's own record.
In the seven days to 3 September 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 228 resales across the fifteen registers this desk reads. What follows is chosen by rule, not by eye: a resale above its building’s previous high, the first resale ever registered under a name, each district’s highest registered price of the week, and its most traded building or project. The register publishes with a short lag; the extract behind this note runs to 3 September 2026.

How these were chosen
Four rules, applied to the registered resales the desks already publish, at the same community and building grain and from the same archived extract. A record is computed against that building or project’s own registered history, never typed. Registrations the desks hold outside their own rows (whole buildings, part interests, plot registrations and sub-threshold rows) are held out of this note entirely, and a record claim that would rest on a margin too small to mean anything is not made. Nothing here is an asking price and nothing here is a listing.
The desks themselves carry the twelve-month figures: Arabian Ranches, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Marina, Dubai Sports City, Emirates Hills, Emirates Living, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Motor City, Palm Jumeirah, Tilal Al Ghaf, Victory Heights.
