A record is computed against that name's own registered history, never typed. Registrations the desks hold outside their own rows (whole-tower transfers, part interests, plot registrations and sub-threshold rows) are held out of this note entirely, and a record claim that would rest on a margin too small to mean anything is not made. Nothing here is an asking price and nothing here is a listing.
