The week on the register: seven days to 25 September 2026
This page is for owners and buyers anywhere in Dubai. It is the week's completed sales, as the Dubai Land Department registered them. Free to read, published every week.
See what homes like yours really sold for, home by home and district by district, from the Land Department's own record.
In the seven days to 25 September 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 493 resales across the thirty-one registers this desk reads. One of them registered nothing at all, which is reported here as what it is. What follows is chosen by rule, not by eye: a resale above the previous high under its name, the first resale ever registered under a name, each district’s highest registered price of the week, and its most traded tower or community. The register publishes with a short lag; the extract behind this note runs to 25 September 2026.

How these were chosen
Four rules, applied to the registered resales the desks already publish, for the same towers and communities and from the same archived extract. A record is computed against that name's own registered history, never typed. Registrations the desks hold outside their own rows (whole-tower transfers, part interests, plot registrations and sub-threshold rows) are held out of this note entirely, and a record claim that would rest on a margin too small to mean anything is not made. Nothing here is an asking price and nothing here is a listing.
The desks themselves carry the twelve-month figures: Al Furjan, Arabian Ranches, Arjan, Business Bay, Damac Hills, Damac Hills 2, Discovery Gardens, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Land Residence Complex, Dubai Marina, Dubai South, Dubai Sports City, Emirates Hills, Emirates Living, International City Phase 1, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Majan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Motor City, Palm Jumeirah, Production City, The Greens, Tilal Al Ghaf, Town Square, Victory Heights.
