The Registry Index
The Registry Index is the catalogue of the registers The Dubai Desk maintains. Each register is a community's registered resale record, read from Dubai Land Department transactions under the published method, and each lists here as its desk opens.
Every district, one membership
The Desk publishes a Registered Record Report for each of its eleven registers. Bought separately, the eleven current-year editions come to AED 2,189. Membership is AED 790 a year and carries every edition as it publishes, including each monthly recut, plus the member notes that never appear on the open site.

A trading line is a distinct project tag, building set or register grouping that has recorded at least one registered resale. Lines that exist in the register but have not yet recorded a resale are held back until they do. The earliest registered resale in the catalogue is dated 20 November 2000.
The Jumeirah Golf Estates registers publish on the sister masthead at benjaminbakerjge.com and are not listed here.
The data files
The catalogue is published as machine-readable files under the same method and the same licence as the pages. Every figure traces to Dubai Land Department registered transactions. Thin-sample honesty is enforced inside the files, not only on the pages: a median is present only where the window holds eight or more registered resales, a range only where it holds three or more, and below three the count stands alone.
| File | Rows | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Trading lines, current window (CSV) | 674 | One row per trading line: registered resales all time, first registered resale, and the current twelve-month window with median, range and AED per square foot at the published thresholds. |
| Registers (CSV) | 10 | One row per register: grain, edition, data edge, handover-era note, trading lines and lines still awaiting a first resale. |

The Desk rereads the Dubai Land Department register every month and republishes the catalogue and its data files with a fresh edition. To be told when the next edition prints, join the free list. It costs nothing, it carries no advertising, and the Desk sells no property, so nobody will call you about one.
Editions from the open desks publish in the editions index. The method behind every register is published in full at the method. Citation terms are at cite the Desk and reuse terms at data and licensing.
